Trovve's To-do's section is designed to help you organize tasks and meetings that you're not ready to tackle immediately. This feature aids in planning your day by allowing you to move tasks and meetings to "My Day" as needed. Here’s how to navigate and make the most of your To-do's.

Accessing To-do's

Click on 'To-do's' on the main menu. At the start of your day, this section will also open automatically, enabling you to begin planning your day.

Understanding the To-do Tabs

  1. Today Tab: This is the default tab that uses your start date, future dates, AI recommendations, and work history to suggest tasks you should consider for the day. It's organized into two main categories:

    • Meetings: Lists the day's meetings.
    • Tasks: Further divided into:
      • Catch-up: Tasks that are overdue.
      • Follow-ups: Tasks related to contacts flagged for follow-up that day.
      • Today's Priority: Tasks that are due today or starting today.
      • Suggested by AI: Based on your workload, this feature suggests additional tasks that could be tackled today if your schedule allows.
  1. Upcoming Tab:

    • Shows a list of tasks and meetings not yet due or starting, organized by start date.
    • To filter tasks or meetings, click on the filter icon and select by type or project.
    • To collapse or expand all sections, click the collapse button next to the filter icon.

Planning Your Day (Move Tasks to My Day):

  • To schedule a task or meeting for today, click on the 'Add to My Day' button next to each task or meeting.
  • If a meeting is from someone else, you will see 'Accept/Decline' buttons. Accepting a meeting automatically adds it to your 'My Day'.

Configuring To-do Settings

  • Click on the settings icon within the Today tab to access options like:
    • Show Break Time: Toggle this to receive suggested break times based on your schedule and free time each day.
    • Catch Up on Unread Emails: Activates a daily task suggestion for catching up on unread emails, with a link to your primary Outlook inbox.
