How Bot Alerts Work
When you watch a task, Trovve's bot automatically monitors specific events and sends you notifications in Teams when important changes occur. These alerts appear as interactive cards that allow you to view details and take action without leaving Teams.
Types of Bot Alerts
Task Completion and Reopening
Task Completed Alert
When a watched task is marked complete, you'll receive a notification confirming the completion with relevant task details.
Task Reopened Alert
When a watched task is marked incomplete and moved back to to-do, you'll receive:

Understanding Your Notifications
Bot alerts are delivered in real-time as events occur, ensuring you're always informed about important task activity. The notifications are specific to tasks you're actively watching, so you only receive relevant updates about work that matters to you.
All bot alerts maintain consistent formatting and use recognizable icons to help you quickly identify the type of update you've received. The alerts include key information such as task names, project names, dates, and the names of team members who triggered the change, giving you complete context at a glance.
