Accessing Your Project and Initiating Task Generation

Navigate to Your Project

1. Click on Projects from the main menu.
2. Select the project where you want to generate tasks.

Open the Task Generator

1. In the project header, click the Add Item button.
2. Select Generate Tasks from the dropdown menu to start the AI task generation process.

Configuring Task Generation

Specify Task Details (Optional)

1. In the pop-up, you can provide a brief description of the type of tasks you need.
   • Example: Plan website rebrand.
   • This step is optional but helps the AI tailor the output to your specific requirements.

Use Project Description to Guide AI

• Check the Use project description to guide AI box if you want the AI to use your project’s description to generate relevant tasks.

Organize Tasks into Sections

• If you want the AI-generated tasks to be grouped into sections:
