Trovve provides an easy way to track your team’s performance and activities, helping you stay updated and manage productivity effectively. Here’s how to navigate and use the Team feature.
Accessing Team Performance Data
- Open the Team Section:
- Click Team on the main menu.
- View Team Member Cards:
- Cards are organized by the member’s check-in or check-out status.
- You can filter by specific teams or use the search bar to find a team member.
Understanding Team Member Cards
Each team member’s card includes:
- Name and Job Title (pulled from M365).
- Check-in/Check-out Time: The last time the member checked in or out.
- Work Progress:
- Tasks currently being worked on (in progress).
- Overdue tasks.
- To-Do tasks (scheduled or not yet started).
- Number of meetings for the day.
Viewing Detailed Information
- Open Details:
- Click More on any team member’s card.
- Details Window:
- A header displays the team member’s name and job title.
- Use the Send Message button to send a quick message via Microsoft Teams.

- Task Overview: Count of tasks for the day, including their status (completed or not).
- Meeting Overview:
- Displays meeting times and durations.
- For privacy, meeting names are shown as "Unavailable."
- Task Details:
- Click on any task to view its details or perform actions such as editing, assigning, or marking it complete.

To-Do:
- Displays all tasks assigned to the user that they are not currently working on.

Reports:
- Productivity Chart: Visual representation of task completion over the past 14 days.
- Work Reports: Summary of work completed in the last 7 days.

- Reporting structure.
- Location.
- Work schedule.

Navigating Between Team Members
- Next/Previous Team Members:
- Click the arrow buttons beside the X Close button to move to the next or previous team member.
- List Navigation:
- Select a team member from the list to jump directly to their details.
