How to Connect Your Microsoft 365 Account

To link your Microsoft 365 account to Trovve for seamless integration of your M365 data, follow these  steps:

Step 1: Access Your Profile

1. Locate Your Avatar: Your avatar or initials are at the bottom of the main menu.
2. Click on Your Avatar: Clicking this will present three options.
3. Choose 'Profile': Select 'Profile' from the options d.

Step 2: Navigate to the Apps Tab

1. Open the 'Apps' Tab: Within the 'Profile' section, locate and click on the 'Apps' tab. This is where you can manage your app connections.

Step 3: Connect Your Microsoft 365 Account

1. Check Connection Status: In the 'Apps' tab, you can see if your Microsoft 365 account is currently connected.
2. Connect Your Account:
   • If it’s not connected, you will see a 'Connect' button. Click this button.
   • You will then be redirected to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page.

Step 4: Sign In and Grant Permissions

1. Sign In to Microsoft 365: Log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials.
2. Grant Permissions: After logging in, you’ll be prompted to grant necessary permissions to Trovve. Accept these permissions to complete the integration.
