How to Access File Actions
1. Navigate to the File
- For OneDrive Files:
- Go to the My Files tab in the Files section.
- For SharePoint Files:
- Click on the SharePoint tab.
- Navigate to the desired site and library.
2. Open the Action Menu
- Hover over the file name.
- Click the three dots icon that appears next to the file name to open the action menu.
Available File Actions
Here are the actions you can apply to your files in OneDrive or SharePoint through Trovve:

Open File Location:
- Opens the file's location in OneDrive or SharePoint for further management.

Add to Task:
- Attach the file to an existing task in Trovve.

Add to Shortcuts:
- Add the file to your Trovve shortcut list for quick and easy access.

- Create a task with the file and add it to your My Day list for immediate focus.

- Schedule the file as a task to be addressed later. The default due date is set for the next day.
