Handling and Scheduling Meetings

Trovve seamlessly integrates with your Microsoft 365 account to sync meetings from Outlook, displaying them in a convenient week view. This guide will help you navigate, schedule, and manage your meetings effectively.

Accessing Your Meetings

  1. Open the Meetings View:

    • Click on 'Meetings' from the main menu. By default, the current day will be selected, and you will see all meetings grouped by day for the next 7 days.
  2. Navigating the Meetings Schedule:

    • Days without scheduled meetings will appear empty.
    • To add a meeting to any day, click on the '+' sign beside that date and fill out the meeting form.

Meeting Details and Options

  1. Joining and Identifying Meetings:

    • If the meeting is a Teams meeting, you'll see a 'Join' button in the meeting list for easy access.
    • Break times or non-meeting events are marked with a specific icon to indicate that it's a break.
  2. Scheduling Future Meetings:

    • To schedule a meeting for a future date, click on 'Add New Meeting'.
    • To select a future or past week, use the 'Month Picker' to select a day, and the interface will show 7 days starting from that selected day.
    • To return to today's view, click the 'Back to Today' button.
  3. Opening Your Calendar:

    • To open your full calendar, click the 'Open Calendar' button at the top of the meeting list. This will launch your default Outlook calendar.

Viewing Meeting Details

  1. View and Manage Meeting Information:
    • Click on a meeting to view its details. Here, you can apply actions such as deleting the meeting, canceling it, or editing meeting details.
    • The meeting view will display the agenda and attendees. If an attendee or organizer is not part of your organization and not in your contacts, you will see an 'Add to Contacts' button beside their name, allowing you to quickly add them to your contacts.
